Metropolis Studios is delighted to announce that Mastering Engineer John Davis has been shortlisted for the prestigious title of Mastering Engineer of the Year at this years Music Producers Guild Awards.
John got the nod for his stellar work on the remastering of Led Zeppelin‘s back catalogue, including Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, Led Zeppelin III, Led Zeppelin IV, Houses Of The Holy, Physical Graffiti, Presence, In Through The Out Door and Coda.
His work on LP1 by FKA Twigs and the self-titled Royal Blood album have also been shortlisted for UK Album of the Year suggesting it could very well be John’s year.
