environments can connect, share knowledge, and support one another – fostering a stronger,
more equitable music industry from the inside out.

We envision a studio culture where women and gender expansive individuals are fully
represented, respected, and empowered at every level. The ultimate aim is to shape an industry
that thrives on diversity, collaboration, and mutual support. We are all part of the same team.
This event is organised by a group of women working across different areas of the music and studio industry, each bringing their own perspective and experience.
Together, we’re passionate about building community, amplifying voices, and creating spaces where women in studios can thrive.

This is an 18+ event and a zero-tolerance space.
